About the role….

  • Prepare, develop and implement the Centre’s Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) in line with the business plan.
  • Oversee the development of business cases and documentation required for SAMP approval by the venues owner, ensuring compliance with mandatory requirement of the Queensland Government’s Procurement Policy (QPP).
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop scoping and design documentation to support project approval and delivery.
  • Develop budgets to ensure that correct funding is allocated to SAMP in order to effectively maintain the building, furniture , fixtures and equipment to a high standard level.
  • Work with the Building Service Manager to ensure effective delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate facility refurbishment projects as required ensuring work is conducted to an approved standard, with budget and with minimal impact on Centre operations.

The successful applicant will be required to provide the Centre with a National Police Certificate Name Only (Police Check).
