Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in account management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel as needed and experience in event and project management is highly desirable. A tertiary degree is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to better understand and meet their needs.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base and sustain current accounts.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of events, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Quoting and Budget Forecasting: Prepare accurate quotes and forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in account management.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Event management experience (desirable).
- Project management experience (desirable).
- Tertiary degree (desirable).
