Perth Film Studios is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operations at their world-class production facility.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll ensure the studio is production-ready at all times, leading maintenance staff and contractors while troubleshooting issues and optimising systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and security systems.
  • Develop maintenance schedules to ensure reliability.
  • Ensure full compliance with WHS and safety standards.
  • Manage contractors and vendors efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues fast.
  • Prepare spaces for productions with minimal downtime.
  • Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years’ experience in facilities management within large-scale buildings or complex environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in building systems and problem-solving.
  • WHS qualification with deep knowledge of safety compliance.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendors.
  • A solutions-driven mindset, taking full ownership of facility operations.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, tackling challenges with confidence.
